### **What You’ll Do:**
– Provide guidance and support to junior graphic designers, helping them hone their skills and grow within the team.
– Review and offer constructive feedback on design projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
– Help troubleshoot design-related challenges and find creative solutions.
– Facilitate knowledge sharing by conducting workshops, training sessions, and 1:1 mentoring.
– Collaborate with the design leadership team to improve design workflows, processes, and creative standards.
– Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging professional development.

### **What We’re Looking For:**
– A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
– At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven ability to mentor or support others.
– Excellent communication skills, both in giving feedback and helping others improve.
– A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire creativity and confidence in others.
– A proactive mindset, always looking to improve and learn.
